Addressing the problem of hygiene poverty is a particular initiative we pursue because hygiene poverty can have a significant negative impact on people’s feelings of self-worth and self-esteem. Despite being a small company we aim to make regular donations from our luxury bath and body collection to do our bit to alleviate hygiene poverty. During the pandemic, we have also donated products to frontline workers to recognise the amazing work they have been doing to look after all of us.

We are all concerned about the impact of plastic on the world around us. Our products are presented in fully recyclable bottles and packaging. And the work doesn’t stop there, because we are working towards using bio-polymer bottles, made from sugar cane extract, and incorporating water-free products into the collection so as to further limit Guava & Gold’s impact on the environment. But all of our glass and plastic bottles can be recycled to make different goods and everything ordered online from our website is sent out in the smallest amount of packaging possible.

Please do your bit to help by separating the pumps and caps from the bottles before you put them out for recycling.
